Design 2614 Sagamore
This IMS Maxi was built of high tech composites (primarily carbon fiber) by Yachting Developments of New Zealand. She was launched 1995.
Here are the plans. Note the general arrangement is showing two layouts. The interior is flexible in that a partial cruising interior can be installed when needed.
